Ingredients
250g sifted flour
125g butter, chopped into small pieces
pinch salt
2 egg yolks
60g water
Method
- Sift the flour and salt into large bowl
- Rub the butter into the flour; try not to warm it up and handle it too much
- Add the egg yolks and water and bring it together
- Once just smooth, wrap in cling film and put in the fridge until you are ready to use - at least an hour
